Eliza Gibbons

Eliza is a registered Clinical Arts Therapist who works with children, adolescents, and adults through ACC, private referrals, and community settings, supporting a diverse range of people and experiences.

My practice is grounded in creativity, relational ethics, and a deep commitment to collective and community care. I am neuro and rainbow affirming and I strive to create inclusive, respectful spaces where people feel safe to explore their experiences, strengths, identities, and challenges.

Drawing from arts therapy, movement, storytelling, and collaborative practices, I support clients to engage with experiences that can be difficult to express in words alone. Whether navigating trauma, life transitions, emotional wellbeing, identity exploration, or personal growth, I believe creative processes can foster connection, healing, and belonging. No artistic experience is required—only curiosity and a willingness to engage.

Alongside my therapeutic work, I offer clinical and professional supervision for therapists, educators, health professionals, and other helping practitioners. My supervision practice provides a reflective and collaborative space that supports ethical practice, professional development, and sustainable wellbeing.

I am also a dancer, artist, and mother, continually inspired by the vibrant, messy aliveness of everyday life.
