I believe life needs to be experienced fully. To "exist" or "get by" is not doing life justice.
For many years of my life, I did not like myself and treated myself badly. It has only been in the last 15 years that I have learnt how to love myself, and this has changed my life completely.
Through therapy and mindfulness, I found my passion for life and discovered the ability to live life fully with all it has to offer - the good and the bad.
