Bhavna Nagar
M.A. Clinical Psychology - Clinical Psychologist
Bhavna Nagar started Alive! Psychology in 2012.
I am passionate about working with clients with the aim to help them to live fully again. I believe that living fully is our natural state and trauma stops us from living fully. I see it as my role to help bring clients back to their natural state of being - peaceful, happy and engaged. My focus in therapy is on Post-Traumatic growth, rather than post-traumatic distress.

Eliza Gibbons

Eliza is a registered Clinical Arts Therapist who works with children, adolescents, and adults through ACC, private referrals, and community settings, supporting a diverse range of people and experiences.
My practice is grounded in creativity, relational ethics, and a deep commitment to collective and community care. I am neuro and rainbow affirming and I strive to create inclusive, respectful spaces where people feel safe to explore their experiences, strengths, identities, and challenges.
Drawing from arts therapy, movement, storytelling, and collaborative practices, I support clients to engage with experiences that can be difficult to express in words alone. Whether navigating trauma, life transitions, emotional wellbeing, identity exploration, or personal growth, I believe creative processes can foster connection, healing, and belonging. No artistic experience is required—only curiosity and a willingness to engage.
Alongside my therapeutic work, I offer clinical and professional supervision for therapists, educators, health professionals, and other helping practitioners. My supervision practice provides a reflective and collaborative space that supports ethical practice, professional development, and sustainable wellbeing.
I am also a dancer, artist, and mother, continually inspired by the vibrant, messy aliveness of everyday life.

Louise Golding

I'm a registered Social Worker and therapist with over 20yrs experience helping individuals navigate life challenges. My work is grounded in empathy, respect and a strong belief in the power of healing and personal growth.
Over the years I have supported people through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, mental health and major life transitions.
I tailor my approach to each person's unique needs, goals and strengths.
Focus is always on creating a safe, supportive and non judgemental space. I aim to help people feel heard, understood and empowered to move forward at their own pace. Therapy can be a powerful tool for change, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients ( kiritaki) in their journey.
I believe in meeting people where they are honoring their lived experiences and helping them to build the tools they need to thrive not just survive.
I do not work with couples, children or eating disorders.
