This is a FREE course run by EIT at the EIT Taradale campus. The course is over 2 weekends and participants need to be able to attend both weekend. It is a lovely way to be introduced to mindfulness or to have a mini-retreat if you are more experienced in mindfulness. 

In the first weekend, we will explore mindfulness of the mind (how does our thinking keep us feeling distressed, in fight/flight survival mode). And how to change these.  

In the second weekend, we will explore mindfulness of the heart - how does our desires, preferences keep us distressed. And how to change these.
