Free online course
This is a 6 week mindfulness course on Zoom. Starting at 6pm on Saturday 23rd May (NZ time). It's for 2 hours. The first 3 weeks will focus on the nature of the mind, how it keeps us trapped in hell, and ways to change our relationship with our thoughts.
The second three sessions focuses on the nature of the heart and how it keeps us trapped in misery, as well as ways to open and purify our hearts.
If people feel benefit from the retreat, they are welcome to make a donation to a charity of their choice.
