What does happiness look like for you?

I am not talking about fleeting joy or excitement or pleasure when something is happening.

I am talking about the deeper, more pervasive nature of peace, happiness or contentment - different words for a similar feeling.

These are our default positions, it is what we were born with. We lost it as we became more focused on the mind.

So to get back to our original nature, allow yourself a few moments to notice your breath, the feel of the sun on your body, or any other real embodied experience.

This is how we bring happiness back into our lives.
