Don't judge a book by its cover

It is not the what we are doing that matters, but rather the how we are doing it. Just because someone is sitting on the beach does not mean that they are relaxed and at peace. They could be in extreme distress and contemplating suicide. Likewise, just because someone is busy, active productive, does not mean that they "got it all together."

It is the HOW we do what we do, not the what we do.

The HOW, is about your mindset, the thoughts you have, the beliefs that are governing your action.

To improve the HOW, we need to first become aware of how we are approaching life, activities, the thoughts running my system. Then decide if it beneficial or not. If not, then we can start practicing new ways of how, addressing our blocks or belief systems so that they no longer rule us.
