Quote - your mind can be your greatest friend or greatest foe.

For the rest of today, pay attention to your mind – what you say about yourself, how you talk to yourself, what you say about others.

Do you talk to yourself in a way that you talk to others, or do you talk to yourself in a way that you will never talk to others? Do you talk to yourself in a manner that you like others talking to you? If not, then why is it okay to talk to yourself that way. Clearly your mind is not your friend.

While listening to your mind, notice if you are fighting with yourself? A part of you wants to go to the gym and the other part is saying nah, not today. Or whatever your fight is. Getting out of bed, doing the dishes, leaving the house, eating healthy food for lunch? Again, if this is you, then your mind is not your friend, it is your enemy.

When you listen to your mind, does it leave you feeling better about yourself or worse? If worse, then clearly, its not your friend.

Do the things that you focus on, think about make you feel better or worse about yourself? Again, if worse, it is not serving you.
