Research has shown that it is not only what we eat, but how we eat that affects the nutrition that our bodies absorb.

How are you feeding your body?

All of these mean that your body is not getting all of the nutrition from the healthy food that you are consuming.

Eating slowly, noticing your food, chewing, all aid digestion and helps us to fuel our bodies.
