Nurture/practice the wholesome, refrain from the unwholesome.
Sounds really obvious and simple. But is it.

We all know what is good for us, and what we should be doing. For example, rather than having that cake/drink, it would be better to go a walk, or chose a healthier option. Generally we find it hard to change our behaviors from the unwholesome to the wholesome. Then, for others, at certain times in their lives, this option is so easy to make.

My understanding of the reason it is easy or difficult to refrain from unwholesome is our attachment. We see refraining as giving up, a sacrifice. And our mind and bodies react with a sense of not wanting to give it up, of regret.

When we change the mindset, making the choice is easy.
For this week, categories your thoughts and behaviors into wholesome and unwholesome and play with the idea of refraining (out of compassion for yourself) from 1 unwholesome act.
