Have you ever stopped and listened to your mind. I have been exploring my mind lately and realizing how much of my suffering, distress is caused by what i am thinking about.

I have realised how much time and energy i spend on virtual discussions, arguments, imaginary dramas, etc. I knew this on a cognitive level - but a new level of insight has been what does that thought do to my body.

Play this game with me over the next few weeks, when you are still, notice your thoughts and label it - ahh, thinking, worrying, planning, etc. is going on. and watch what happens to that thought process. Next, touch into your body to see what that thought did to your body.

Really interesting investigations.. trust me.
