What I have learnt so far about isolation and Covid-19

Here is an idea, instead of focusing on how crappy this situation is, or what others are doing that irritates us; how about sharing your insights, learning and gifts from isolation.

Here are mine after seven days in isolation.

What have I learnt so far:

1. I like working from home. It means I can be barefoot and not showered for the first client of the day... I’ll shower after that.
2. I feel blessed, lucky, and grateful that I can work from home and still earn an income.
3. More Still Time. Now I have more opportunities to meditate or just sit and be.
4. I am happy I have figured out how to Zoom and realise that I can still really connect with clients in this way.
5. I am enjoying cooking more for myself.
6. Because I am not eating out, I am really able to notice my body's reactions to certain foods.
7. Doing a gym class at home is not as much fun as in the class, but I still feel great for doing it.
