What about the people you work with, play with, interact with... (not the polite things people say, but the honest heartfelt way they feel)

Is this how you want to be remembered or thought about?

If not, what is the legacy that you want to leave? How do you want to be remembered, talked about, felt about?

What is the smallest thing that you can do today to change you so that you will be remembered the way you want to?

Start small and start with what is easiest. Keep doing that one small thing, until it becomes normal and then do the next small thing... and over time, you will be the person you want to be, the parent, partner, leader you want to be.
