Who are you sharing your shower with (or sharing your bed with)?

When you are in your shower or bath today or tomorrow, who are you thinking about?

Who are you psychologically bringing into your shower?
Do you really want that person in this personal space with you?

For eg, if you are thinking of work, or sending that email or having a talk with that person, then it means that you are psychologically bringing that person into this personal, intimate space.

Do you really want them there?

If not, psychologically ask that person to leave your space and bring your attention to yourself, your sense of touch or smell. This is my time for me.
